Gosh what happens when a website don't start archiving the comments is that to many posts to read through page after page takes all day to understand what then to write in a post. So instead I am writing a blog to that post and I have a comment to take less of your time to get to and read cause I know you can popup a new window to read this post I got and I do not have to repeat anything the author said. Does anyone know how to create Websites that archive comments to eliminate so many additional pages?

Self serving righteous desires aside and stop centering on political voting rights, if you do not want to have your car converted you do not have to vote because 250 million other people whom don't feel the same way about their car would have to cast a vote and it is totally unnecessary that they have to vote and that you have to vote. So is it that voting got astonishingly situations started in America or is it the way that grocers learned to beat the price out of customer's. You must be talking about Sam's, that is who supplies Walmart their groceries and everything else, are you buying from that business with a customer appreciation card that cost you $45 for membership? If you became a member to only buy gasoline you will not save any money at all unless you have five vehicles to refill every three days and the benefit is either 10 cents or 7 cents on the gallon while another station can offer you 13 cents on the gallon. Ask Sarah Palin what the big deal is because German Electric Credit Card Hoppers are being commanded to be exported to all countries in Africa and many of those people get their credit stolen and have to pay it cause there's no laws that will help to stop credit thieves. The problem with government whether it is going to bankrupt or not is that it does not operate 24/7 and I mean 24/7 in America when you need a government you can't get one to listen and then if they listen some figure that their answer is best heard from another state like those whom hide out from Wisconsin during a critical voting phase regarding Union's and State Education vs. Teacher's and Special Interest Groups which were a financial burden to say the least on Uncle Sam's deal to offer support via Shared Grants, and 50% Tax Credit's so the State would only pay 50% but that don't apply to any Union option a State may allow since State is 100% applied on Union matter's - No Matching Grants at all possible with Union's. That says a lot when it is State Teacher's that are being billed for required Unionized Labor Force, that is far from Occupational Employee/Business Taxation also classed as a Fee owed to State per Occupational Job. Look into the matter of the City of Birmingham which a Jodge closed the Occupational Tax burden for employees and ran up a debt which then another judgment took place which not only required the payment of the money owed on Occupation Tax by the city but also Interest on all the money owed, this tactical finance deal can bankrupt a city immediately. Birmingham on the other hand decides to sell Bonds to match the money owed, now the matter becomes another promise. Is it really a Broke Government that the problem is or could there be a bigger spectrum to the matters that financially plague America? Beginning at step one we saw Government make a bad decision followed by another then another then another and now the ultimate bad decision was to start off shore oil drilling whether that is good or bad the issue is quite simply a lack of financial stability by some oil drillers to show they were capable of the venture to secure our American shores adequately. Now what we are encountering is another Government lie that of transparency and acceptance of outside suggestions be honored to respect a interest aimed at resolutions not additional problems. Furthering the issues of bank asset determination as toxic to overthrow  bank leadership then demand asset removal does not resolve issues that compound to future incentives, it made more excuses to obtain more debt of small & large businesses while many small businesses just crashed for lack of equity to obtain more loans to expand their labor forces and pay back loans. Generally these issues would collapse a Government, it has many businesses but for now let's concentrate on how America has chosen to resolve the oil gush in the Gulf, it is not a pretty sight to see animal kingdoms attacked by accidental oil  company mistakes so its a fish kill by billions at the stake of a few billion gallons. When can this be stopped, no I meant the mistaken Government concern, its a traditional Congressional Tax Relief Effort, That really is all there is to taxation control by Federal idea, Congressionally it could be possible to end Taxation 100% but this is a direction that would serve only big corporates and have little affect on the populated Taxpayer's whom still have bills to pay at a alarming rate of increase. Big Banks would continue to increase in numbers and small business would still have employment problems meeting other immediate financial concerns. So here we are looking into a oil spill as it has been discussed and we need a better solution that tubes to contain the oil and month after month of waiting out a cap of the oil well causing this spill over to the Gulf of Mexico cause it can hurt shipping, and does hurt enjoyable entertainment choices such as swimming, beach enjoyment, boating, surfing, and fishing.

OK, one solution could solve the problem. I have written two, would you like to draw this - tell Government I told you and show them your drawing then we are OK on this matter.

MY FIRST SOLUTION

I understand that for many years oil tankers have been considered as back water breaks and land-fill situations, some are already sunk making a wasteland of our oceans but the oceanographic experts say this is good for fish populations and plankton which affixes itself to the interior & the hull lasting for many years. If this solution could be achieved it could be done in less time than solution number two which I also have but in either case there needs be a workforce of at least 1,000 welders to approach this problem. Part One of this solution  is a hole be placed in the front of the ship which can be opened, something on the size of at least 30 feet in diameter. Part Two of this solution is to close the opening so it can be taken to the site by two submarines one on each side so there is not any engine power involved in this operation being self propelled. Part Three of this solution is to maneuver the oil tanker slowly to the bottom after the opening has been unsecured which gives the submarines a major task to accomplish. Part Four is to attach a few oil pipes to the top portion of the oil tanker that has been sealed for leaks which gives the oil a safe route from inside the oil tanker once it has been filled with sea water & oil. The Last phase of this plan is to anchor the ship atop the oil well beneath the sea with sand bags that are towed to the site on additional barges that are also sunk and these replace the submarines on either side.


MY SECOND SOLUTION

This solution requires some technical drafting and accurate predictions of the flow rate of speed so to above balance the condition of the push which would occur at the depths of the well so that the object will not be pushed away upon approach to the well. This solution is somewhat a TROJAN HORSE like in days of the Roman Empire. It uses TWO TROJAN HORSE STRUCTURES which have motorized SIX Super-sized Metal Wheels on each of two sides - that would be four sides for two structures and twelve total wheels. The main trick to get this to work is to have a large opening which is a angled opening that when each structure is placed together a V-Shape and Two Openings feed into a shrinking Double-Walled Steel Pipe that's connected to two 1,000 foot long tubes that then connect to a Y-Shaped Tube Joiner thus feeding a single tube to the surface from which Oil Tankers can come and go from filling each as oil gushes from the bottom through the tubes upon connecting the Trojan Horses. The major design to this plan involves a multi-fan blade module that fits within the hole opening leading to the first tube, these fans will rotate at different speeds and appear like a slot machine number wheels in design stacked side by side. What the fans accomplish is to decrease the pressure push against the object being moved atop the well by the oil gushing in a upward motion so that it then is directed into the tubes and captured to move it upward to the surface. The flaw of this design is that it cannot be expected to last indefinitely so another structure which is moved along with these two super structures will contain a valve that can be maneuvered above the well drill hole sometime after the main two structures have begun to capture the oil flow. The third structure would also have a tube attached which would connect to the main tube also via a second Y-Shaped tube. The Y-Shaped Tube would have two valves on each incoming flow tube so that either set can be shut off ceasing the flow of oil from either structure. I figure this to be the best option to capture the oil coming from the oil well beneath the Gulf of Mexico, but because much of the structure builds are already accomplished on my solution one above I figure it to be the absolute fastest method to stop the flow of oil, but there has to be two submarines capable to bring the oil tanker in a controlled descent to the bottom where the oil well is at.

Like I stated earlier, sometimes Government can take the advice of experts and believe them to be forthright honest businessmen for making a decision yet that decision might not actually solve the problems that need special attention which they do not possess or care to invest in to resolve a issue which can happen to them. If it were some other company responsibility to handle such matters, Government might agree that such a situation would require that company to respond as has been the response so far in protection rather than a solution and to figure Government has the sworn duty to save as much energy as is possible making it as cheaply as possible for Taxpayers I don't figure their solution is the best potential. If I were a Transparent Government and had outside suggestions that would save taxpayers billions of dollars I would go for the savings rather than a environmental solution which can only develop into a wider spread problem affecting more coast lines and more wildlife, birds, turtles, clams, alligators, crocodiles, worst the porpoises.

Where would we be without technology that our Government takes for granted that everyone has, are oil drillers really prepared as our Government thought? Can they really afford expansion without depending on increasing gasoline prices? Who do they expect to sell oil to if such oil mistakes are going to increase their operating costs? Can we really depend on this for Taxpayer Pay Back? Why has Obama been so untrue to American's? Is the Democratic Party going to fail because of this issue and other matters?

Without due consideration for a new direction seemingly Democrats are covering up the basic surety with Interest and Fed Tax because it directly involved Doctors that significantly overspend securing loans in America totaling at least $35,000 & more for purchase of automobiles from General Motors & Chrysler. Each of those companies had bailouts as you might recall & because of a failure of American's to fall for the scam to buy into Health Insurance those Insurance Companies decided to raise their rates but this was really brought on by the failed Foreclosure's & Mortgages people were unable to pay each month therefore the economic crash in the United Kingdom occurred and the UK has blamed America as being the major cause of their economic problem stemmed from Mortgage collapses which sparked the Toxic Asset situation that caused the Banks to stop lending money. Well, that scenario 'Democrats' did not learn from and as a result Democrats are going to cause this to happen once more time and it will hurt America's AAA ratings worldwide causing many more nations to blame America for a economic collapse this time not just the UK cause the UK had been keeping their eye on the ball and knew there was a disaster about to occur. It has now become recognized as a economic situation brought on by the medical professionals and Doctors whom are all standing tall on the Health Care issue like it is a memorial of vast importance, soon to be seen as the economic collapse of Americanism in the world. Obama over stretched his muscle on this agenda to get a bill passed that will not bring about a secure America because it will cause every business to many hardships to make it worth a dime. Way back in the 70's we saw a flash of this Insurance plan affect business and it is the employee that must agree to pay higher premiums to obtain it and it comes at a time when a employee would get a raise so he actually ends up paying more than the raise so his income is cut literally, besides that full coverage including 24/7 coverage will cost that same employee more than if he had bought full coverage from a Insurance man going door to door and they will be coming to your front door now that they can use some money to get your attention that their business is still operational even though Government has taken it on themselves to cut their ability to borrow large sums of money to pay their policy holders medical bill each month and their employee salesmen that had just taken to accounting the payment flow. So, banks are going to bottom out, be ready to see them close their doors to your need of a loan to help pay your bills, do not depend on banks to help you re-manage that Mortgage anymore cause that is what banks want to do with the cash they got from the stimulus they have not loaned out yet. it became their rainy day fund and a super big storm is about to test their abilities to trickle it out bit by bit like Obama stressed them to a breaking point once before.

Here let me break this cost factor down for you.
Doctors borrowed money to buy automobiles, at least $35,000 per car some bought two cars.
There are more than 500,000 Doctors but 500,000 Doctors did this & that amounts to $17,500,000,000 loans.
Each loan has Federal Taxes and Insurance, License Fees attached so its more than that amount.
Doctors claim that their estate is not the owner & that auto is part of their business they function as a physician.
A set of keys is always kept at their business location.
There's a business expense clause that gives them a write-off for business expenses each tax year.
The Government is not benefiting from these loans, now Obama wants more money to go to Doctors.
Money coming directly from taxpayers flowing into a Health Care Insurance. Not a dime for Medicare or Medicaid Debt.

Does this look familiar to you, now consider why Obama wants to stress out Insurance Companies like he did with banks. It becomes a Nationalization issue that way with Banks and Insurance Companies both conspiring for the Government against all America, foreigners have no recourse than to agree to whatever work condition they must to stay in America, many people will leave including businesses because of this overstressed economy to a nation they are not taxed and benefit that other nation. American workers will follow in that tradition and the entire economic situation will get to a point of Economic Fatigue.

Health Care Insurance Fallacy

The Government is making it a advantage that Federal workers keep their coverage by collecting more from the people they can have a stressed service that ran as a Hazard Pay insurance which costs them more money each month on that clause attached. Its the NATO and The UNITED NATIONS Federal Workers that are being given American Taxpayer Money the same way it happened back in the 70's cause those same black leaders whom were in Social Security throwing people out moved up and are pulling on Obama's coat tail to mandate this Health Care Insurance Plan to bring about their continued employ. Sad to see the Federally Employed at NATO & UNITED NATIONS will have paid for MRI's when all American's would not cause of wording in bad Health Care Bill. If you have already made a claim your claim should be paid not carried over as if they went on a vacation till the Health Care Insurance Plan was adopted. Quarterly payments of Medicaid money are scheduled to end in December. You think they really care about American's that do not have the money and cannot get the loan from a Bank or a Pay-Day Lender Loan Shark, No, they are single sided policy management for the Federal Employees, Obama is a Federal Employee himself. Obama's 14% savings in Health Care legislation does not show a savings when Fed Tax on fuel will raise a gallon cost $1 or more tax. The States are lacking Money, the State of California wants $6.9 billion in Federal money for the next fiscal year, Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger says he'll have to eliminate state health and welfare programs without that money. The State of Illinois is facing a $13 billion deficit. $180 billion in budget deficits in the next fiscal year is what America will see from all States. Last year $90 billion went to help States with Medicaid costs and $54 billion for schools & general services, now Health Care is going to add to that. The Fast-Speed-Rail plan that passed cannot even begin its construction phase much less have States fund its start-up cause of lack of money for at least ten years. States will have spent most of their education funds by June. State Revenues are sliding to a critical point of failure, Unemployment remains high causing rising costs for welfare services. Lobbyist claim there is little hope of receiving any more money for States that have become stressed out. Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger of California has decided to drop his support for the bill and call for its defeat. Hurray for Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger of California, he's our man that understands why there is a economic problem that will not be resolved by Health Care.

The facts speak for themselves, if they cut Medicare & Medicaid from paying MRI's that cost will have to be paid in addition to the Health Care Insurance per patient that has to have MRI's for Surgeon Diagnosis of their problem esp. if that problem is anything relating to a Brain Bleed or a Spinal Operation. Taxpayers are being lied to when Federal Workers do not have to pay for MRI's. The Disabled are having to purchase the Health Care Insurance when the Unions are getting a break on the cost of it for themselves so it is a illegal motion that is being carried through Congress to pass the Health Care Insurance Bill. Obama has gone much to far in pushing America to the economic edge. If you rally want to change America even after the Health Care Insurance Bill becomes law you will have to Impeach President Obama, you will have to allow Republicans to overturn the Health care Insurance as having been improperly adopted because the wordings from either the Senate or the House was not the exact same wordings and according to the U.S. Code that is the only option you have as a voter so with every breath you have left in your stressed out body - Impeach President Obama as soon as you can. Don't let what is about to happen to America occur before you take aim at removal of President Obama, hey, it is a crime to cause the death of Taxpayers whom do not have money to pay their Mortgage, pay their Insurance, pay their living expenses, even when they are told to take pay cuts to keep their job that is irresponsible politics working against Taxpayers.

My father has a Shunt in his Brain, he fell and had many MRI's to determine where to put that thing at and he is well and hopefully will not have another stroke to cause him to black out and fall again. Doctors had been quite ignorant of population growth when they made a decision to launch their own physician clinic serving as a family physician in a community, then more Doctors came and they had a conglomerate which built bigger buildings costing like $1-$2 million and the small Family Physician Doctors started losing what they felt was their grip on the future within the community patients that had guaranteed Medicare & Medicaid Insurance which was their main target issue because of having less problems in obtaining payment quickly. Now their future was threatened, they spend only $100,000 on a building and you can imagine how small that is compared to a five story complex with elevators. The State began sending patients to these high rise business office buildings because it was a popular thing to do, no family physicians were being catered to by the State. Now the Doctors and Physicians around America know what the future would appear as to them and they want a piece of the Health Care Bill pie since they did not benefit from the first round of government backing and they want it quickly so they got Obama to endorse his plan and now they are envisioning selling out their small building investment when housing costs have dropped so they can get together and enlarge their opportunity. Ever been inside one of those office complexes? The room is nearly the same space as a smaller building is per floor usage so that is not much of a benefit, it is only a benefit that a State brings in more patients to this type building and it is more popular, hospitals could offer the same amount of space for a group of Doctors but it gets cramped fast and that costs more in time directing patients inside a hospital because of Administrative duty and Security Guards. Now that phases in a new future for those Doctors that have decided the Health Care Bill will save them money, actually they are those Doctors that want more money and they will get it if they wised up without having a Health Care Bill enacted simply by re-grouping and building their bigger business complex to do their medical practice at. Is this Artificially stupid, the State will only serve so many complex locations and has had no family practice need until the Health Care Bill came around they want the Feds to change that much for them to earn more money, and it could but Taxpayers have to generate the funds for Banks to loan to Doctors so they can construct their business as a bigger opportunity to the public that don't care whom will help them with their medical problem as long as it is solved immediately and not put on hold for months causing their Insurance Premiums to go up like Obama has suggested will occur.

Artificially stupid to the point that when one Doctor phases out of the complex the other three or four Doctors must absorb the maintenance cost of the $1-$2 million complex until another Doctor comes around that wants to serve within that community. It is Doctors that are making these decisions and when the Feds get their grip on social issues it will be quite different than what these money hungry Doctors had envisioned in the first place. Mainly a issue of access time becomes a issue of Fed employees whom envision having a medical facility that is close and convenient for them as well as for Doctors which need a laboratory analysis done quickly. It again is artificially stupidity and the Feds are feeling they are really accomplishing something better for a city that has few Doctors that can service their needs. What I see here is just a small portion of a Super Big Fund that does not exist that Obama proposes added together we see just from two loans above $117,500,000,000 and we have yet to approach what a Insurance Company might have spent and plan to seek to spend. Where Obama fails is that Insurance Companies can rely on each other instead of being competitive thus supporting a hospital better than a Federal operation and with introduction of the Feds controlling Doctor's and hospitals as is planned we will never see lower cost estimates. A million electric cars for government officials to drive is a small estimate, there are and will be a few million Natural Gas vehicles and Biogas vehicles added to the overhead, taxes in America will become a nightmare for small businesses forced from locations because the property tax is to great to remain. Obama plans to endorse another 16,000 Federal Employees immediately for the job in Internal Revenue to enforce payment of the Health Care Bill by all citizens in addition to the already employed. This is just a example of what Doctor's did to America with the help of Congress, it is not REFORM. Sandbagging is how it has been described. Senate Dems lying to House Dems whom then think that the Senate Bill is going to be fixed and yet it is not fixed and will not be fixed. The Senate Bill will be voted on first to consider the changes it has in it for passage just to satisfy the House Dems, the next vote is on the Reconciliation Bill that fixed the Senate Bill and either way the Health Care Bill could become Law of the Land unless any part of it affects Social Security Revenues which will invalidate the whole Bill entirely causing it to be terminated. Just 216 Votes needed of the 260+1 Vote is necessary for House passage. How this requires voters in America now to consider in the next election those whom will end this Health Care Bill. Doctor's will not have a problem paying for their purchases, everyone makes purchases even President's that sold his automobile to a dealer that then sold it as is without previous ownership papers and the buyer took advantage of that car to try to sell it on eBay as a Obamacar. Proof that this sort of stuff happens.

In 2010, Obama is attempting to have that many employees, what is it going to be in 2011, 2012, 2013, how about 2025, or 2050? Can we afford this including their retirement and pension program? Remember government employees do not pay taxes, their is not money accumulated from their employment that is part of the share all other taxpayers pay into since their income is from the treasury. Just what is to many employees? Do you begin to see the curve downward in having money to pay all that overhead? To many is to much so something has to give along the way either taxpayers have to pay more or there has to be cuts in the government budget so why not start cutting the budget right now since this is the best time to see this downward curve?

What is $1.6 Trillion per year times four years mean to 2.125 million government employees that do not pay tax and will have a pension from retirement and Taxpayer will not even have a 401K or other retirement without it being taxed for their Health Care? If anyone elects Obama again write a book about the missing $12.8 Trillion that vanished in eight years to credit card companies.

My Project Plan is to do just that & it does not require banking, or monthly payments from Consumer's, it does not even rely upon Taxpayer Money. My Plan creates manufacturing that would make the components for Conversion & those would be distributed to Conversion Facilities, there would be no monetary exchange for that & this is not a Sales Operation so theres no Catalog which Consumer's would look at to Order something from not even if they wanted to do it themselves cause they would not be allowed for safety reasons. My Project could clog up every HWY & Interstate in every state without the authorization of 'Service When Available' because as many auto owners as there are everyone of them would want their auto converted for free. All that I ask would be a simple yearly Warranty Fee more likely $1,500 & that requires a vehicle check-up by participating Consumer's. It Is the only plan that government could rely upon to manage to change from the ironic deal Unions Authorized for America in importing Oil to make Gasoline/Diesel, to dispose of the necessity of ICE autos entirely. I would have hoped for a better job but this is all I could think about & I have been publishing this for over a year now. I can't get donations to get it started, it also requires to much Business License Fees - $100,000 Surety Bond per Business plus Attorney Fees & prepaid Taxes just to establish the Conversion Facilities in every State, that is well over 5,000 Employees/State. My initial plan looks at a hospital as a business just like a Restaurant which has unannounced inspections during the week and receives a rating, its your money your paying to hospitals and doctors so do what you want to do, I just believe in a efficient operation not some location that sends out for things needed for your medical problem as they decide when they want to which means a day or two later it arrives in stock at the hospital of doctors office and Medicare or Medicaid is billed for the days in the hospital of your stay and it is all about cleanliness of the facilities. If these factors were taken into consideration by inspectors maybe the State could crack down on bad practices faster and that is what I believe. In a nut shell our economy would be enriched through the reclaim of products from each consumer vehicle as sold to foreign countries that need these products for their own consumer needs, esp. Haiti which needs auto parts. Internal Combustion Engines (ICE) is what the Foundation would be collectively accumulating in all states, if the trade issue did not produce buyers then the product would become a issue to recycle adding to the enrichment of materials for new products to be manufactured, that is a lot of cast iron, aluminum, magnesium, plastic, and glass materials. I would never quit no matter if the pain got so great I could not walk, but I can say this much about myself - "I DID NOT QUIT AS HE'S INSINUATING & I WOULD NOT GIVE HIM THE PLEASURES OF BEING A QUITTER". So get this much straight, AMERICA was not a job for me to fix up just so that he could squander innovation for the purpose of obtaining a profit from the use of Taxpayer Money as he has done so, America was important to me because people like him torment others and take unfair advantage of their offers and I might add he's not the only personal argument that I could make regarding how our nation must serve along side other nations that are doing exactly the same thing he has done. It makes me angry that Obama, has not given MY PROJECT PLAN any servitude and it makes me angry to see, Biden, by his side pushing him through his temperaments as I saw in his speech of the State of the Union 2010. All I was asking was for was to give the consumer's a chance, it is their tax money they must depend on for this nation to have what this nation needs, we do not need foreign expenditures taking that away from taxpayers. Obama neglected My Project Plan from Day One and continues to do so, it is about time he stops doing that and we get on with creating Jobs In America.

I wrote the initial Plan to create a alternative way that American's could insure their own self which Government has never considered and it involves Banks, Banking Principles, and you the Taxpayer. This Plan is entitled "New Policy Service" and I conceived it on one of  Ann Coulter's, Columnist for Townhall, Townhall Columns entitled "Less Health Care for More Money", written Wednesday, December 16, 2009. All postings by me are entitled, "Other Than Insurance What Could Be It". President Obama, was so certain our Government was out of options and was heading into a complete failure because everyone according to him had to have Insurance Coverage to fix the issues which Insurers inpose on their Insured through their Policies, I knew of a better option and have always held to a principle that I could solve problems in a more adequate way than our Government. I cannot say this is producing any good whatsoever, our Government is Bias, Opinionated, Greedy, Un-founding New Principles, and Insecure at its present state of organization.

All Insurance does is to establish that a individual is capable to pay, this Health Care Bill establishes a prepaid commitment by everyone and has a possibility to increase premiums regardless of what they are insured for plus to give all insured the option to pay a $750 Tax to avoid buying into the Program each year so that eventually when a insured individual does desire Insurance he/she can then buy into the program twelve years later. This would be cheaper for everyone to do but it is GREEDY just as Karl Rove has stated on FoxNews. Insurers would still be paying elaborate Advertising Overheads, Employee Bonuses, and avoiding a Premium increase after purchase however the government could increase the Tax if you do not purchase into the Program. There's no Insurance Co created so it is only a Program it's nothing more.

What other good, Insurance Co's accomplish is to borrow from Banks (this can lower rates but not when Insurers don't pay back on time causing more borrowing by Banks) on a scale that complies to the customers need and the customer database will increase because of the demand to Have insurance. Doctors & Hospitals borrow more.

Serving as a example to our U.S. Constitution shouldn't we post a Common Health Care Law to give the meaning in this state of Individual Insurance. This should be on display in every Bank in America. This prevents advertising expenses for each individual. The By Laws explain fully what the Right are for Account Depositor. Listen, the FDIC insures bank accounts up to $250,000, it is out of funds, why then do they not allow you to insure your money & yourself at the same time, instead of having Insurance Co's so to eliminate Bank Loans to Insurers.

Currently Health Care Insurance is a way to build a New Banking Consortium & it is in Command of the Cash Flow which leans towards advertising of David Axelrod businesses. Insurers would have to borrow money from banks still and the insured that do business with them instead would be paying more for the buck they obtain from banks so the interest is doubled by insurers for all their customers while on the side some insurers offer banking and loans as well for big business and customer's too. This can build bigger pharmacy's with greater insurer overheads to pay them if they get the loan from them. Medicare then having been cut $500 million will eventually show decreases in individual acceptance of Medicare and the law Social Security had established becomes a un-necessary waste expenditure to qualify for Medicare requiring work credits to do so. This would generate savings for the Health Care Program that don't have to deal with Medicare individuals so pharmaceuticals will be decreased in cost to attempt to get back losses. Doctors & Hospitals still end up having to borrow more banker money to even if their patient database increases.

If you want to expose the Government's Health Care Operation then point out that it is not featured as a 24/7 operation, holidays there is no Health care and that means that anyone whom has to pay for not having it could forget to consider that because there would be no Government Office Open on that Holiday to pay whatever they wish if it is $750 or other amount for other scenarios.

On the other hand, oppose it because your disgusted that No One in Congress knows what it is.

On second thought, oppose it because your Writing a New Policy Service which needs the endorsement of Congress so Congress needs to stop what they are doing to consider your consideration instead.

Also, remember your not being paid to compose a New Policy Service, Congress & Obama get paid whether what they do is right or wrong so oppose that too.

As a New Policy Service for all the people consider Earning Interest on Your Money First and then Write. We Need A Maximum Ceiling to what We Invest, Our Shares in our self can not be sold to others or sold as a grouping for others to Administer, We are responsible for our New Policy Service and its Shares. The ceiling needs to be at 500,000 Shares per individual, however a Share costs 50 cents and becomes valued eventually at $1.00. The major reason that you should oppose Obamacare and any other Health Care Insurance right now that Government is pounding to pass against the wishes of the population is that in what Government is doing - IT IS A VIOLATION OF YOUR "RIGHT TO" USE YOUR "POWER OF ATTORNEY". For this oversight, Government Officials should be expelled as members of Congress and or impeached immediately. There is no logical reason that your rights should be violated. You want 'Universal Health Care' in all languages, then you will have to tell Government it has limited aspects that you are more familiar with such as particular languages that you have known and use. If you become unstablized as a result of the Government Health Care Insurance you will find it is because of not supporting a  'Universal Health Care' Plan that is knowledgeable in all languages, how else can you be certain that your coverage would protect you if there was any small infraction that prevents Hospitals, Doctors, Pharmacies, & Pharmaceutical's from knowing what they are dealing with when your in need when they speak a entirely different language & do not follow the laws of the American Government esp. the U.S. Code and that makes this the second most important issue you have to deal with else when you elect a Administrator of the New Policy Service to guide other nations your speaking the tone they would like to hear and they benefit as much as you would.
